What if I don’t like the product when it arrives?

Please contact us to arrange a full refund (within 7 days) of the goods (postage cost not refunded). Then return the goods to us (at your cost), and we will refund immediately upon receipt of the goods.

We can also offer an exchange if you don’t want to get a refund.

Can I order a different size?

On lots of our products we can arrange the artisans to make a different size. Contact us with your size and we’ll provide a quote for you. Before order placed, we require 30% deposit.

Can I bundle more items into a parcel and not pay extra in postage?

Yes you can add extra items, for no extra cost.

Can I get a gift voucher?

Yes email us and we can arrange a gift voucher to be emailed to you.

My timber item has cracked - what can I do?

Please send us a photo. We will exchange/refund any item that shows cracks that are not normal timber movement. Note that timber items will move with weather conditions, and some cracking is normal for these items. This is not a fault. And timber items are not to be put in direct sunlight or under air conditioning/heating as this can cause items to dry out more than normal and crack. These cracks are not covered by our warranty.
