Refunds & Returns

We do not provide refunds for change of mind, but we will offer a replacement/exchange.

But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem.

This is when the item:

• has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it

• is unsafe

• is significantly different from the sample or description

• doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.

Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value.


Please keep your proof of purchase—e.g. your receipt or Online order number.
Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item for another product you must return the item to us within 7 days.

Simply contact us to notify you wish to exchange the item and nominate an alternative product. A credit will be issued for the value of the goods less the cost of postage to send the original item to you. Exchange of orders will be carried out once the item is returned in the original condition, unused, unsoiled and tags attached.

All postage costs for exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer. Please keep appropriate proof of postage as we hold no responsibility for items that go missing through the post.

An invoice for the return postage costs will be forwarded once your item has been returned for exchange.

Product Colour Discrepancies & Portrayal :

Every effort is made to portray items accurately. Please be advised all computer screen colour settings vary and can affect the way products appear on the viewing monitor.


KSD Interiors shall not be held responsible for any colour discrepancies.
We will make every effort possible to display our products as clearly and accurately as possible.

All of our products are handmade and may vary slightly to the photo. These are not faults and are part of the character of the item.


Timber items will be exchanged/refunded for faults, but not for small cracks which are part of the movement of the timber and natural. Timber items are to be kept out of direct sunlight and not placed directly under air conditioning or heaters as this can cause cracking too, which will not be covered under warranty.
